Offer PLC-01 14 September 2026 Valid until 18 September 2026 Prepared for Plancraft
A proposal by magier

An AI-first website, ready for Series C.

A consolidated Webflow platform across six locales that positions Plancraft as an AI-first company, gives your team a scalable CMS with country filters, and goes live in the week of 4 January 2027.

Your situation

What we heard from you.

Based on our conversations, this is our understanding of where Plancraft stands today and where you want to go. If we got anything wrong, tell us. This is the foundation the whole proposal is built on.

Challenges today

  • Hundreds of pages with uncontrolled dependencies and language bugs
  • CMS references leak German content into other locales
  • No asset library, naming conventions or CSS governance
  • Technical debt delays campaigns and international rollouts

Where you want to go

  • AI-first positioning, visibly less startup
  • Higher organic visibility across all six markets
  • Fewer, better pages the team maintains independently
  • A scalable foundation, ready for Series C and beyond

  • Final UI designs in Figma for up to 35 unique pages
  • Mobile covered through the responsive component library; full mobile designs for the homepage and two key pages (e.g. feature, industry)
  • Evolution of the existing brand, no rebranding: base colors and logo stay, at most one color added, the CTA color reserved exclusively for CTAs

  • Hover, focus, and active states for key UI elements
  • Organized and labeled Figma file for seamless handoff to development

  • GDPR compliant cookie banner implementation

Content & SEO migration

  • Content migration from the old website to Webflow across all locales
  • Implementation of redirects for legacy URLs based on your SEO team's redirect mapping
  • Migration of all internal links

Localization

  • Auto-translated drafts prepared in Figma, based on your tone-of-voice guidelines and trade-specific terms; your country managers review and refine

Quality assurance & launch support

  • Cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
  • Responsive testing on key breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile)
  • Functionality checks (e.g. forms, buttons, animations, CMS items)

  • Research: Plancraft leads it and delivers the final sitemap and keep list per country as input to the IA and wireframe phase
  • SEO/GEO strategy, keyword research, redirect mapping and SEO QA: owned by your SEO lead; magier implements the resulting spec

Roadmap

Live in the week of 4 January 2027.

Each bar is a phase; where bars overlap, the work runs in parallel. Kickoff in CW39. Web design starts in CW40: the first 1.5 weeks lock the design directions, page designs follow. Development starts in CW44, running parallel to the remaining design work. The wireframes come from your team, starting right after kickoff: the homepage wireframe is ready for the start of CW40, then 10 wireframes at the end of each week until all pages are covered by the end of CW42. Launch lands in CW2, the week of 4 January 2027.

Assumptions & responsibilities

What we're counting on from your side.

The working assumptions the price and timeline are built on.

Onboarding & project kickoff
  • Plancraft completes all assigned onboarding materials (briefing documents, brand discovery questionnaires) before project kickoff
  • Plancraft provides brand assets (logos, brand guidelines) and access credentials before project kickoff; content and imagery follow the wireframe schedule below
  • Plancraft delivers the final sitemap and navigation structure at project start
  • Plancraft delivers the homepage wireframe for the start of CW40 (design direction kickoff); 10 wireframes are delivered at the end of each week from CW39, so all pages are covered by the end of CW42
  • Copy is at least 90% final and delivered with each wireframe; secondary pages (e.g. blog overview) can reuse current site content; if the first copy isn't ready, design directions start from the current homepage
  • Plancraft's SEO lead delivers meta tags, descriptions and URL recommendations per page before that page's build slot
Content & asset delivery
  • magier transfers CMS content from the current site as part of the migration; Plancraft's team writes the source copy, magier prepares auto-translated drafts in Figma, and Plancraft's country managers review and refine them
  • Images compressed to less than 1MB; videos as mp4 or links to mp4 files hosted on the client's own server
  • All content delivered (copy, images, videos) must be final and approved by the client prior to delivery
Feedback & communication
  • Deliverables (designs, staging links) are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of receipt, unless otherwise agreed; we return feedback on your wireframes just as fast
  • All feedback is consolidated and communicated via the designated channel (Figma, Outlign or BugHerd); feedback outside of it cannot be taken into calculation
Access & responsibilities
  • Plancraft ensures timely access to all necessary third-party platforms (Webflow, Google Analytics, Figma) and remains responsible for related costs and terms
  • Plancraft secures all legal approvals and compliance checks (data protection, imprint, terms of use) before go-live
  • If key stakeholders are unavailable for a prolonged period, the client notifies magier in advance and appoints a temporary point of contact
  • No custom code or integrations beyond the explicitly listed scope
Iterations & additional work
  • Each deliverable (design directions, moodboards, a batch of 3 to 5 subpages) includes up to two feedback and revision rounds
  • An iteration is a round in which the client reviews and gives feedback on a deliverable or stage of a phase
  • Additional iterations beyond scope: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
  • Out-of-scope change requests: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
Testimonials

What clients say when we're not in the room.

As a VC-backed startup growing fast, we didn't have time for a six-month project. We needed someone fast, and magier proved they could deliver. Their Webflow expertise and past work impressed us, and in the end, we were super happy with the outcome. Magier was always on the project together with us - we felt like they were part of our team. I've never seen that in other agencies. They were fast, bold, and innovative. I would totally recommend them.

Till Zimmermann · VP Revenue, plancraft

Working with Magier feels like having an entire design and web team plugged directly into our marketing engine. They move fast, they think with us, and they enabled us to execute ideas we simply didn't have the resources for before.

Aly Bahaa · Performance Marketing Manager, Kertos

We partnered with Magier to relaunch our entire CI and website, and the experience was outstanding. The team delivered excellent work - communication and execution exceeded our expectations. If you want a website that stands apart with a uniquely creative interpretation of your CI, Magier is the partner to choose. Big thanks to the whole team! :)

Nadine Wilke · Co-Founder, Particula

I used maybe 5-6 other design/webflow agencies before finding Magier. All the usual ones you get FB ads for... I think I found Magier through my Y-combinator network... been super impressed with the quality of the design and Webflow development. Like, they've been able to do everything I threw at them. Also, they've worked well alongside our SEO agency and even provided many unsolicited speed improvements etc. Can't recommend them enough.

Aaron Cooper · Founder, Sameday

After our rebranding, we needed a partner to help us build a new website in Webflow - and Magier stepped in seamlessly. From day one, they were committed, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented, tackling every challenge we faced with ease. Communication was always smooth and effortless, making the entire process stress-free. Thanks to their dedication, we launched our brand-new website on schedule, despite a tight deadline. It was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend the Magier team!

Bianca Beger · CCO, andywasright

What a great pleasure it is to work with the design team at magier!! The team is very talented and customer focussed. From the moment you start working with them, it feels like a partner who is focussed at solving your problems. Their support post delivery was fantastic - helping quickly resolve any small issue that came up or in some cases doing some quick design revisions based on user feedback. In summary, if you are looking for a long term partner who keep you first, look no further!
